Pedestrian & Cyclists (Toronto)

If you are outside of Toronto, please contact your local police service. If you are a pedestrian or cyclist reporting a collision, where the collision occurred in the City of Toronto, your options to report include:

  1. you can begin your report online and complete it at one of our two (2) Collison Reporting Collisions – below.
  2. you can attend one of the attend the North York or Scarborough Centers

The following collisions may be reported by using the online form:

  1. Pedestrian / Cyclist collisions that took place within the geographic boundaries of the Toronto Police Service
  2. Bicycles without a license plate

The following collisions may not be reported here:

  1. Collisions that took place outside the geographic boundaries of the Toronto Police Service:
  2. Motorized bicycles with a plate must attend a collision reporting centre:
