ASSI is very pleased to announce that we are working with Stephen Applebaum of Insurance Solutions Group (ISG) to progress our efforts to develop an American Collision Reporting Center market to serve the United States Insurance industry.
Mr. Applebaum, the managing partner of ISG, is a respected insurance expert and thought leader who provides consulting, advisory and strategic marketing services to the North American property and casualty insurance system, with a strong focus on information technology, claims, innovation, supply chain, vendor and performance management.
Mr. Applebaum believes that “the U.S. auto claims process has been gradually improved through the implementation of technology-enabled information management and workflow enhancements. However, the front-end of the process – from the moment of an accident through to carrier initiation of claim and related support services – continues to be highly inefficient, protracted and not particularly customer friendly. The ASSI Collision reporting model resolves these issues with an innovative and highly effective solution, and I am proud and excited to be working with ASSI to introduce this service to the U.S. market.”
