Enhanced Adjuster CROMS Training for Ontario and Alberta
Accident Support Services is excited to see adjusters and claims schools resuming tours of the Collision Reporting Centres and once again utilizing the no-cost training that it has to offer in both CRC processes and CROMS. Training is available to insurance partners new hires, claims schools, refresher training for Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Accident Benefits Adjusters.
Meet Kamal Hilmi, our Client Relations Specialist dedicated to assisting all your insurance adjusters with all their CROMS-related tasks. Kamal builds customized training sessions depending on the needs and requirements of the insurance company. While making sure to incorporate all the fundamentals to utilize CROMS to its full potential including providing a better understanding of the information available and customer service report packages, on CROMS.
