New Partnership with Millennium Insurance
Accident Support Services is happy to announce a new partnership with Millennium Insurance Corporation in Alberta. Bringing Millennium onto the Collision Reporting Program allows them to better service their customers by having access directly to their self-reported customer service report packages, available in real-time. Hands-on training was provided to the adjusters at Millennium Insurance, ensuring a complete understanding of the reporting process and packages that would be available to them.
ASSI spoke with Jamie Rice, Claims Manager at Millennium, about the new partnership, and he said “As one of my roles is assigning claims, the information on the CRC report is integral and appreciated in assigning the right claim to the right adjuster. Adding my customer service experience with Accident Support Services International has been both professional and prompt.”
